Me too. Can I sue Easton or TPX if I get hit by lightning while swinging a bat in a thunderstorm?

TPX = :headbang

God was just punishing him for listening to Metallica.

Look at me! I'm a complete dumbass who wears an Ipod during a thunderstorm while being near trees!

It's not your fault, its the Ipod cause gosh electric items in a thunderstorm is not prone for any sort of accident!

I can understand people asking what the dude is doing mowing the lawn in a thunderstorm, but why is he a dumbass for mowing his lawn listening to his ipod? Who assumes they're more likely to get struck by lightning because they're wearing an ipod? That's the assertion you make if you say he's stupid for wearing his ipod while mowing his lawn in a thunderstorm.

And I agree with whoever said he was getting punished for listening to metallica.
