June 12, 200322 yr If you get the chance check out NASA. It is about 10-15 minutes up I-45 from you. It is SOOO worth it! Get down to Galveston Island and the Bolivar Pennisula too, great beaches.
June 13, 200322 yr Texas City?? where in tha....?? Where's college Station from you? Texas City is right on Galveston bay about 15 minutes from Galveston Island right off of I-45. It is a HUGE refinary town. Really it is kind of a nasty polluted place. You are about an hour and 15 minutes to and hour and a half north of there.
