Christmas arrives early in capital

8 August 2006 Christmas officially arrived in London on Tuesday as one retailer ignored the hot weather and got into the festive spirit.

 

Launching its 15,000 sq ft 'Christmas World', Harrods reminded customers they have only 139 shopping days left before December 25.

    That makes me sad. Christmas is going to be tough this year let alone having displays popping up already. We are going to concentrate on the religious aspect as well as family for Christmas more this year than we have in the past (leaving presents for the kids).
