August 9, 200619 yr From Jen Hubley Americans spend $13 billion a year on underwear (well, according to the underwear industry, anyway). This doesn't surprise me. I figure to have accounted for at least half a billion on my own, solely in emergency purchases on laundry day. Anyway, to celebrate all this underwear purchasing, a bunch of scantily clad models are going to run around New York today. This will be different from everyday ... in some way, but I'm not sure how.
