i guess this is what happens when you have a city completely run by Democrats . they know whats good for you! personal choice in your life? bla, screw that. i want the city council to tell me what to do!

 

the expose mentioned stuff like no trans fats allowed to be served, no smoking anywhere, no eating goose livers, ect.

If Chicago politicians completely had their way, the city would be the freaking USSR. It's pretty sad and a warning about what happens when a political system lacks balance and differences of opinion.

Correct. And IMO it's not a political issue, a politcal system full of all liberals or all conservatives is a problem. You need political mix in order to keep checks and balances with the new laws and such.
