You know what, Garcia had a great game today, no, a terrific game today, but still he needs to prove more then one good outing. We have seen this before. I'm not jumping on the Garcia bandwagon, and I think he got lucky a lot today. His fastball was still at 89-92 mph still, but he was locating his off-speed stuff well.

 

But, in my book, Garcia is still a bum, and has to do a lot more then one good outing to make me think different of him this season.

You're saying nothing new. Not one person in the game or winner thread thought this was would be a start to get him back on track.

BTW, that's two really good games in a row. That being said we all know he has a ton of work to do but was there really any need for this thread? We should try to enjoy as many wins as we get down the stretch here.
