November 17, 200619 yr I was just checking out the free agent list on Foxsports http://msn.foxsports.com/mlb/story/6180634 Looks as if the Giants (if they don't resign anyone) would have over $60mil to spend to match last years payroll. I would be curious as to see these figures for all teams and compare it to what their payroll might be this year. This would tell you who the big spenders would be. Just an observation. I also noticed that it had a place to click on that lists all of the major and minor league trades and signings that take place every day.
November 18, 200619 yr QUOTE(Tony82087 @ Nov 17, 2006 -> 05:07 PM) Any team that signs Sandy Alomar as a SS is going to be in trouble, IMO of course... Very slick move. Mask him as a SS.
November 20, 200619 yr How fast Kaz Matsui fell. $1.5 million dollar, 1 year contract from the Rockies.
