Lol at the basis of your post.

But if you read the rest of the story, it says Atlanta will get Soriano.

 

But wait, they already DID get Soriano. Does that mean that this trade is off?

They haven't quite gotten Soriano yet. That deal might not happen, and in reality, really probably shouldnt.

 

EDIT: I look like an idiot because I give too much credit to Bavasi. Supposedly, it is a done deal. I figured with the Braves likely bringing Gonzalez in, the deal probably wouldn't go down, but this is just too much of a steal for Atlanta to turn down.
