Not trying to compare De Los Santos, but, that is pretty similar to Johan when he was a prospect. Obviosuly, Johna developed his change to a plus-plus pitch and has impeccable control, but they are similar at the same age.

This article says he can consistently hit 91-94, and sometimes take it up a notch, with a sink on it. Also, he has a slurve and working on a changeup.

 

Wow, we might have gotten a real steal here. He is only 21, and his only problem so far is his command. But what impresses me the most, is that he has been putting up these numbers as basically a two pitch pitcher.
