I have had a weekend package for the last several years. Before that I had either partials or full season since 1980. I get a fair amount of tickets through work and other sources that I see enough weekday games on somebody else's dime. For the first time in 27 years I am considering not having a personal ticket commitment next year because it seems as if I am pissing 50% my money away to go watch half a roster play, even in division games. I understand that players need a game off, particularly catchers. Thome requires a little more rest because he is an older guy by baseball standards. But I can't help but feel as if I am wasting money on Sundays. Maybe I am just pissed because I haven't seen a home win on a Sunday yet this year. I'll probably change my mind by the time I get the invoice for next season. Is it just me?
