Since the Rainout debacle....

Featured Replies

Well, it has been two weeks since the Sox screwed their fans by raining out a Saturday night game against the D-Rays that could have been played. Recall that was the game that was called at 6:00 pm but rain cleared out of the area completely an hour later. So instead of a playing the game late into the night on that Saturday with a fireworks show after, ticket holders got the screw job and are forced to attend a Monday daygame on the 27th of August, one week after the school year starts. Needless to say, many of those tickets will go unused.

I am not the most superstitious person in the world, but I do beleieve in karma. When an organization pulls crap like that they desrve what they get as evidenced by the atrocious record over the last 14 days.

That was the worst screw job I've ever seen the organization give us the fans, by far. You are right though, your tailspin really got going the next day when we blew the lead against Kazmir and the bullpen had one of it's early collapses. Interesting.
