For those of you who are wondering, I used the "embed" link from the Youtube page, pasted that in here, and then went to the Post Options drop-down box in the edit screen and turned it to HTML On, raw linebreak mode.

 

The

tags are inserting line breaks.

Use auto linebreak mode, much simpler if you have to type something or add to the post.
