July 1, 200322 yr I say keep harris and Rowand out there. Robby Alomar makes having Harris and/Rowand in the line up a lot more tolerable. It also puts Harris back on the bench to be the speedster, PH, PR, and late inning replacement.

You make a good point. But right now both are playing well and deserve to be starting. The only way I make a trade for a CF is if we can get someone that is better than them 2. And as of now I don't see anyone out there.

I love the fact that the Sox are in 3rd, two games under .500 and we go out and get a difference maker in Alomar. Yet on the other side of town, the Cubs have been in 1st place most of the season and they go out and trade for Jose Hernandez. LMFAO!!

Another mediocre type acquisiton for CF isn't going to put this team over the top. And yes, giving up 3 more players out of your minor leagues is a lot. And you can't say Ring et al will be nothing...we all have no idea. What we do know is Ring is good thus far and was a #1 24 out of 25( im just guessing) minor league prospects turn out to be nothing, or marginal at best. When you have a chance to win, you go for it.
