Does anybody know who is in charge of when and which players get promoted and demoted through the system throughout the year? I would assume this is a decision that is made by more than just one person, but perhaps by several when the time is right. Anybody know?

    KW, director of scouting plus most likely recommendation by the AA/AAA manager.

     

    Of course, it all falls on KW most likely.
