Marky Mark Posted September 29, 2007 Share Posted September 29, 2007 Does anybody know who is in charge of when and which players get promoted and demoted through the system throughout the year? I would assume this is a decision that is made by more than just one person, but perhaps by several when the time is right. Anybody know?
