Honestly, I hate these laws. I really do. Every state has them, some better than others. How can the state leg not differentiate between someone who's 20-25+ having some sort of sexual interaction with an underage person and someone who is a year, maybe two years older. I can't believe they'd actually punish someone for consentual sex like in this case. But this kid got a TEN YEAR prison sentence for it. "Luckily" the kid only served two years, hardly worth the 5 min bj he got. Anyone who wants to run against the states attorney should tally up the complete waste of tax dollars used to prosecute this kid.

These are tough laws. I see the need, at times, and other times it seems wrong.
