Colombo is gone

Featured Replies

That was the nastiest thing I have ever seen.

If you didn't catch it, Colombo was rolled up on by Chandler. When Colombo rolled over with his legs in the air, one his legs was literally hanging by a thread and flopping everywhere.

Absolutely nasty.

KINDA REMINDS ME OF WHAT HAPPENED TO JOE THEISMAN BACK IN 1985. FOR THE YOUNGER CROWD WHO MAY NOT HAVE SEEN IT, THE VIDEO SHOWED HIS ANKLE LITERALLY SNAPPING SO THAT HIS FOOT WAS PERPENDICULAR TO HIS LEG.

YUCK!

Well, I haven't seen the Theisman thing, but I did see Colombos and it was nasty, but it appears its a dislocatated fibula which don't sound near as bad as a torn acl which is what I assumed it was.

I'm not sure how long he will be out, but I think we'll see him again this season, amazingly enough.
