you would think that because the outcome. It was in the 8th inning when the game was already over. But, right after it happened Joba gave up a base hit.

 

 

Now I don't believe in superstitions like that, but I do know a lot of baseball players do. So, it does not matter if we believe it or not as long as they do. Hopefully it stays in the back of their heads for at least the next 2 games.
