Tickets question.

I realize this probably isn't the section I should be posting in. Moderators please move appropriately if necessary.

I just bought two tickets on EBAY (I believe from a season ticket holder).

He emailed the tickets to an e-mail address I don't have access to. He told me once he emails them they are out of his hands, but I can't access them, is there anything that can be done so I get get those tickets?

He can call the ticket office, tell them the tickets were lost and he can have them replaced.

Thanks for your help. I was kind of worried they weren't the cheapest tickets.

He most likely has to fax something in that says he really lost the tickets.
