July 11, 200322 yr I don't think that the fact he was one of the best players in the 90's is under question. It's what he has done recently that gives him a bit of a bad rep.

Thomas was a guy who just mashed the crap out of the ball, and he put up some very good power numbers along with a mind-boggling K-BB ratio, an incredible OBP, and an incredible OPS(I believe it is top 10 all-time....that's saying something). There aren't many that come along that are as great as Frank has been.
