I am heading to Israel and England in a few weeks. Where/What do I need to buy to plug in my Dell Labtop and Blackberry phone.

Most airports/stores around your destination will sell universal converters -- when I went to Australia on my honeymoon I ran into this, and at first I was afraid to use said converter, but it worked fine, and it didn't kill any of our devices. I think it cost like 14$ or something.

Yup, just get a universal converter and you'll be fine.

Make sure its a converter and not just an adapter.
