BFirebird Posted June 1, 2009 Share Posted June 1, 2009 I am not sure if anyone here made it to KC this past weekend...or at the beginning of the season, but the Kauffman Stadium upgrades are awesome. The park looks great, the weather was fantastic, tons of new amenities (for both Kids and Adults) and looks the fans are enjoying it as it was a packed house on Saturday and Sunday when I was there. If anyone is looking for a new road trip stadium....consider KC. 3 hours of tailgating could have blurred my vision a little...but from what I remember seeing it looked great. It's a great place to watch baseball, great parking (which is pretty cheap) all around and easy access to the stadium from the expressway.
