November 29, 200223 yr Just wondering if anyone here knows if the Sox put year/set tags into their late 70's to early 80's game worn jerseys (the ones with the butterfly collars)? I want to thank you in advance for your help.
November 29, 200223 yr Not sure on that. Best place to find out that info is "Grand stand" on 35th st. not sure if you want to buy from there because of the prices, but that's the place to start getting info. Welcome aboard!
November 29, 200223 yr Welcome aboard, hopefully one of the many posters that are from the Chicago area can help you out. Me, I don't know a thing about game used jerseys other then the fact a player wore them during a game.
November 30, 200223 yr as rps stated i would suggest heading to grand strand on 35th......thats the best place to start....i do know that you can purchase a number of different year game worn jerseys at the garage sale at both soxfest (they are cheaper there) and the big garage sale at comiskey in march......if grand strand cant help ya then one of those garage sales definately can......they have some pretty knowledgable people there.......
