Great win tonight. Got home in time to see the bottom 9, but it’s great to hear about the further integration of Gordon Beckham into the big league roster.

This team, missing its starting LF and best hitter last year, missing its DH who is a major producer, and missing their starting RF at the end... managed a 5-3 record on this road trip. Not bad.

For a kid having to basically learn 3B at the major league level he did pretty good there from what I saw. Great athlete. Real fun to see that first ML homer too.
