July 5, 200916 yr QUOTE (Cali @ Jul 4, 2009 -> 10:58 PM) JorDanks....what a stud He needs to show more power in my opinion. If he doesn't he'll just be another Ryan Sweeney.
July 5, 200916 yr QUOTE (bighurt4life @ Jul 4, 2009 -> 10:11 PM) My guess is that it is so he can focus solely on hit hitting which by all accounts is his weakest tool. Yeah, but I don't think he's played outfield literally at all since he was drafted. I know he hasn't this year, and he only played about two weeks worth of games last season.

He was a good RF because of a gun, but he never moved well enough to be a CF. Danks on the other hand can be a GG CF which automatically makes the need for offense less important. But he has that tool anyway. Danks pretty much owns Sweeney in all aspects except an arm.

I know he hasn't this year, and he only played about two weeks worth of games last season. His hamstring has been absolutely miserable. It makes sense. Good to see Danks and Q back in the swings of things.
