July 24, 200322 yr Does anyone know who Brian Giles' agent is? From what I've heard, Giles has a list of teams he'll play for and who he won't. Hell, I heard he turned down a trade that would have sent him to the Yanks just 'cause they're in the AL. If that is true, it sounds to Me like his agent could be none other than...........Scott BorASS. And, if it is Boras then we can rule that trade idea out of the picture.
July 24, 200322 yr Don't know who his agent is, but Giles has stated he will reject any trades that have him going to an AL team. Futher more, the only team's he's approved trade's to are ATL, SD, LA, ARZ and one more team i can't think of right now.
July 24, 200322 yr According to reports in Pittsburgh Giles just turned down trades to Oakland and Seattle. I guess he wants to stay in the NL. Both of those teams are contenders.
