December 11, 200916 yr World's tallest building to ever be imploded is coming down 31 stories. http://www.allaboutpadre.com/otspidemo.htm Booked a hotel close by. Party on Padre the night before. Early breakfast and watch the building fall. Basically it was a huge f*** up in design. Mid way through the building process the building began settling different than designed and expected. Seems the attached parking structure held up one side. Of course law suits everywhere.

Any excuse to hit the beach while much of soxtalk is freezing up north :-)
