October 18, 201015 yr Hey guys, I think I mentioned it before, but I am working towards opening up a small business in the West Loop. I am having a hell of a time locating someone who does retail build outs for a fair price. Does anyone know of any that you could refer me to? Please PM me and thanks in advance.

Sorry for the thread hijack, but you seem to know quite a bit. Me and my woman are planning and buying a condo within the next year together.

I just dont think you get much value for your money in the south loop, dont really "hate" it per say.
