Was at the game...

I actually bought some last minute tickets and went out for the game today. It was a pretty good game but the Sox wasted so many opportunies where they had 3 hits in an inning and couldnt cash in. Their last inning surge was very impressive but sadly it wasnt enough. I did think that Wunsch should have been brought in instead of Shoeweis though, he hadnt pitched in a while and probably would have done a better job.

But hey, you cant win them all and lets just hope Cotts will do a good job tomorrow. :snr

I think you are right on every account, I just wish we had won this one so we don't have the Major League Debut coming after a loss. It puts some added pressure on Cottsy.

I just hope Schoenweis or however u spell his last name is not gonna turn into the left handed Rick White. With Koch suckin we can't afford any more sorry ass relievers...

Schoeneweis has way better stuff than Rick White. He just has to learn how to control it. I see him as a bit of a project for Cooper to turn him into the starter we all think he can be.

Schoeneweis will be just fine.
