I remember hearing he was going to sign August 15th. Today is the 15th and I haven't heard anything. Does anyone have any information?

why would anyone want him?

why would we want him?

the guy was a good reliever for a few years with a ton of potential.

he didn't even pitch that bad last season, just had a few rough games that skyrocketed his ERA, many of them coming against us.

I'd sign him and give him a chance, the guy could be a valuable righty out of the pen.

The Sox may sign him and announce the move after the game.

I wouldn't give him a shot - he has Ken Hill written all over him in my mind's eye

bruce levine said on the radio this week that he's going to sign AFTER the pan-am games end.

he'll report to Charlotte and head to the big leagues when they think he is ready

Would he be any worse than Rick White, Billy Botch, Jon Adkins, or Matt Ginter..... all of whom got lit up this season more than they closed the door?

I may be premature on Adkins..... this kid just isn't ML ready yet..... like Cotts.
