Although I still think he never would have gotten the opportunity to close here, and I'm not sure he would've done as well given the opportunity here, he has certainly taken full advantage of the faith Montreal showed in him. August 20, 200322 yr As long as Rocky's in the other league, I hope he continues to have success. I always liked him when he was here. I thought he was a gutsy pitcher.

Here's to 30 and then some, Rock! sorry, 30 saves or not, im still not impressed. A 4 plus era and a 1.43 whip in the NL is STILL awful for a relief pitcher. It just goes to show just about anyone can close, and saves is the most useless stat in the history of sports.
