i dont know what to think about this.... i would like to see cotts have success against the yanks in NY..... but the yanks did have about 9 hits tonight and with cotts control.... could be trouble

 

i think when you are playing a first place team you should bring your first-rate talent. MB is probably the safe move.

I like this move, simply because it's the best move for the team over the long haul.  Giving Mark that extra day of rest may keeping him from burning out later.  And yes, one day here and there can make a difference.

 

If we lose tomorrow, we lose.  But keeping Buehrle fresh and healthy is a must.

Absolutely and this is the very reason i was mildly upset with JM allowing Colon to throw 130 plus pitches in a blowout. :nono
