we have been doing that a lot the past several years, but it also has been kind of a historical Sox thing for most years over the past 40, more or less, since the era of the Go Go Six ended.

Buehrle should have went yesterday against the Yankees. My Lord, he gave up 8 runs to the offensive juggernaut we call the Detroit Tigers. Imagine what he would have done against the Bronx Bombers. I think all the JM screwed up talk can go away now. Not a good outing in the least, behind hitters all night. Now we've got to pray for a split in the next 2 to go 3-3 on the roadtrip and get the hell back home.

I agree it is unacceptable. Toatally unacceptable. But the fact of the matter is, we suck on the road and we have unexplainable trouble against the Tigers. 9-8 against a team that has a grand total of 34 wins on the entire season is unacceptable.
