I'll begin by saying happy 4th of July/Independence Day to all my fellow Americans, while reminding you to be safe and keep in mind what this day means.

 

It appears we have a perfect storm for Chicago violence -- an amazing weather forecast combined with a national holiday landing on a Friday -- and while it's sad I pose this question in the form of a Vegas wager, it's sadder that it's a question that's actually hard to answer...
