Miller would be a league average hitter, so an average SS would probably be a little worse. I took a real quick glance and a .670 OPS looks to be middle of the pack for the position.

 

That ended up being a pretty solid estimate. If you go espn, team batting, select 'as a SS' under splits it will give you the league averages. It is currently a .657 OPS in the AL, .686 in the NL for an MLB average of .672
