  1. throw it in the dirt Leury will swing
  2. But yet he wants to "change the game", try catching and throwing the ball first.
  3. nice positioning and hustle Yoan
  4. It really doesn't matter, even if the Twins and Guardians fade, do you really want to see us get exposed and embarrassed like we were in last years playoffs against Houston. This team can't win a playoff series by giving the other team 4-5 outs an inning, not holding runners on base, and making stupid base running blunders.
  5. If the ball was caught Leury would have been doubled-up trying to get back to first, least that's how I saw it.
  6. Benetti says Sox base running less than "charming" this game, Stone dead pans "the whole season"
  7. Don't forget TA and Moncada
  8. If your talking about what are the chances of a Sox player getting picked-off on a walk, I'd put it at about 33.3%
  9. Maybe their lax this year because the trainers and Manager told them to take it easy and rest their legs.
  10. disagree, watch the replay Leury was 10 feet from 2B, looking over his shoulder at RF and should have seen the ball drop, then get bobbled.
  11. And that's the 2022 White Sox baseball team in a nutshell.
  12. why do I bother watching these idiots that are in our Chicago white Sox uniforms....this team is unwatchable.
  13. Fuck you Leury....so fucking typical.
  14. he was 10 feet from second base looking at RF when the ball dropped, he should be on 3B
  15. How is Leury not on third, he was 10 feet from second base when the ball dropped
  16. Terrible swing Leury but as luck would have it he's on 1B and just guaranteed another week of being in the line-up everyday.
  17. I guess so according to another poster, I thought it was Tony. Watching Moneyball recently and Billy Bean didn't have control over who Art Howe put in the line-up and I can't believe Tony wouldn't have fought hard if he was against it. After all it was 31 games and 4 errors.
  18. Shhhhhhhhhh Tony might hear you, after all he played Fisk in LF, Fisk had rarely played outfield before and was there for only 31 games, during which he made 4 errors.
  19. not if we keep walking batters
  20. Can't decide if that's a glass half full or glass half empty statement.
  21. Thank you for the Yas instead of Yaz
  22. jeez, cmon Jose be patient didn't you learn anything from watching Clevlands pumpkin head
  23. Because as Hahn said we have lots of options with Sheets and Vaughn already
  24. Leury all over that, why was he in right center for a righty
  25. Move to Wisconsin then if you like them so much.
