QUOTE (Milkman delivers @ Feb 22, 2009 -> 08:37 PM) I enjoyed that opening number. Was just gonna say that. Jackman off to a great start when I had my doubts about him hosting.

I, for some reason, always watch this beginning to end. No clue why. Jessica Biel looks like she hiding her pregnancy. Is she openly preggers?

Ref just let Iowa tie the game. Harris got fouled on his drive at the free throw line, but wasn't called, than refs call a foul on Michigan on the tie up. Tied with 22 secs left. -
They came all the way back and should of blown out Indiana, except they decided to miss shots as well and let the Pacers hang around before pulling away. No energy in middle quarters.

Michael Crabtree confirmed Sunday at the Combine that he will need surgery to repair a stress fracture in his left foot after the Texas Tech Pro Day. Teams looking to draft Crabtree will have to take into account that he'll be out until training camp. The injury isn't considered serious, but Crabtree's insistence on running the forty in March sets back his recovery period. Despite initial reports that the injury was "recent," Crabtree admitted that he played through it for most of last season. His YPC average dropped from 14.6 as a freshman to 12.0 as a third-year sophomore. Feb -
I had some problems with mine but it was new. They made me take the bottom off over the phone and they installed my extra gigs all sloppy. The memory card was only half way in and hanging out. Fixed it and haven't had a problem since. Mine was freezing up and getting blue screens and everything. Sorry, I'm no help.

QUOTE (EvilJester99 @ Feb 21, 2009 -> 10:56 PM) I have a Compaq Presario C700 lap top. It freezes on start up. It gets all the way to showing the desktop and then freezes. I can't get a virus scan going even in safe mode. It freezes even in safe mode. I tried a system restore and I keep getting an unspecified error message and it won't restore. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance Is it new?

QUOTE (fathom @ Feb 21, 2009 -> 10:09 PM) Blake Griffin suffers a concussion...I doubt he'll be back in 48 hours to face Kansas. It looked like nothing. Must've gotten hit just right. -
QUOTE (fathom @ Feb 21, 2009 -> 04:52 PM) To take over for Leno I know that, but why can't he stay in NY?

The one show I heard of his morning show was when Ann Coulter called in late and Adam hung up on her right away. It was awesome. Was hoping it would get syndicated to Chicago but never was.

Wow, 2001. Can't believe it has been that long.

QUOTE (fathom @ Feb 21, 2009 -> 12:11 PM) Moving from NYC to LA Really? Why? I never saw the Jim Carrey as Conan O'Brien skit before. I wanna see the whole thing.

QUOTE (fathom @ Feb 21, 2009 -> 11:05 AM) Lots of highlight clips. Andy returned, and then Conan gave a cool 10 minute thank you speech at the end. All on nbc.com I don't get all the drama of it. I mean he is just moving up an hour.

Tennessee looking solid...not! I hate Bruce Pearl. -
I can't believe Sacramento couldn't get those physicals done in 48 hours. Just hard to believe with todays resources. Yet the Bulls are playing well with a 7 man rotation. Poor Lindsay Hunter. LOL

QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Feb 20, 2009 -> 08:59 PM) 'Bout to head to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. If I'm still alive come Monday I'll let you guys know how it went. Should be a blast and I plan to not remember any of it. Glad you will finally see your first pair of bewbs in person.

QUOTE (Cali @ Feb 20, 2009 -> 08:44 PM) That would be from the flagship station KROQ. He was a DJ and for some reason he got the gig. I stopped listening to Loveline the second Adam left. I never really got into his morning show, I'm kind of loyal to the LA morning show in KROQ (where Adam got his start) Kevin & Bean. Someone called in this morning and said "Hey guys, looks like Mr. Birchum needs a job" Haha. (If you didn't know Mr. Birchum is a character from Crank Yankers, but originated -- and was 1000x's funnier -- on Kevin & Bean in the early-mid 90's) I actually put LoveLine on when I go to bed, now that it is on in Chicago at 10pm. Striker is soooooo bad. I don't buy into him as a guy who is experienced enough in sex to host a talk show. Come back, Adam!

QUOTE (Jimbo's Drinker @ Feb 20, 2009 -> 07:15 PM) ISU is getting ran over by a stream train right now....cmon Niagara, really?? Someone had to be sick. -
Got hurt, played the whole game with the injury and scored 40. Yikes!

QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Feb 20, 2009 -> 12:11 PM) I just biked past a 25 foot inflatable rat. There is one outside of Gurnee Mills. Someone is on strike and they figured a big rat would get people's attention.

Who is it that works in IT at their job and blocks the Cub fans from getting tickets online the day they are available every year? That makes me smile every year.

QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Feb 19, 2009 -> 03:12 PM) So at this point in time we might possibly be the worst team in a very bad mvc. It's so sad to see this program now. We were starting(not quite there) to get to a Gonzaga level and all that is gone now. Complete crash. In retrospect, that UMass win raised our expectations. This is what I thought we would be this year, but after getting to MSG, I started thinking that we maybe better. I was wrong. -
QUOTE (The Critic @ Feb 19, 2009 -> 02:29 AM) Good news regarding Bobby Heenan's health, courtesy Lords of Pain.net: source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter -- Bobby Heenan's health has improved in recent months as he is doing a lot better. The WWE Hall of Famer is still having to relearn to talk clearly, but he's improved enough that he's planning on attending a spring training baseball game soon. In December 2007, Heenan had reconstructive surgery on his jaw, after the first surgery was unsuccessful. Heenan was placed in a medically induced coma which he was slowly brought out of about a month later. His jaw then had to be reconstructed. I had no idea Bobby was placed in a coma! Damn. I was afraid that Bobby was going to die, honestly. Things were looking very bleak for him a while back - I'm very glad he's on the upswing! Keep getting better, Brain! I remember hearing about the coma. Glad he is doing ok. There will never be another personality in the business like him again. He could still be announcing if he was healthy.
