No, he just dont understand that his way does NOT work. Tinkering sucks! put the best team out there and rest guys late in teh game when you're up. I really dont care how much Konerko , Harris , and Jagoff Rowand play.

I dont understand why Everet had to sit till the 8th for one, and if you won 11-3 the last game, why change it? Jerry thinks changing it up keeps everyone fresh, well this team is 2 games below .500 and lose to teams like TB and f***ing detroit. I am fearful if the Sox make the playoffs. Jerry's proven that he's not a mlb manager come playoff time. I dont want to see another sweep.
Dont have to worry about that if Everet sits so Konerko's dead ass gets in there. And put Frank at 1st!!!!

We just lost two games in a row to the D-Rays? What on Gods green earth is this crap?! This team has fooled us all. The Twins and Cubs series were flukes. This team is nothing. Our closer, if you can call him that, blows it one day, and the offense dies the next. That sixth inning was pathetic. Bases loaded and no one out. Valentin pops out. Graffy strikes out swinging on a pitch at his eyeballs. And Miggy was the worst. He got seven pitches, all of them balls, not to mention they were in the same freakin place, you think hed learn. But no, he struck out swinging at a pitch hed seen like 4 times in the AB. Seven balls, and he swung at four of them. I know he provided half the offense, but he needs to be sent down. Just like Dorn, he sucks. Complete freeswinger. Miguel Olivo, welcome to the official Roman "You Suck! List". He has a nice arm (it was cool when he gunned down that guy from his knees) but he has got to go. These guys are truly lame. Losing two in a row and possibly being swept by TB is an embarrassment.
I feel " dumber" now.

Those commercials are one of the reasons I usually tape the games and then watch them late at night. When I occasionally watch the game live, I find myself hitting the ff button on the remote after almost every inning.
Now that post should go right to rob gallas.

If the Sox were rebuilding, they would have traded their trade-bait (Colon) for prospects a la Cleveland last year. The Sox are trying to win, not to rebuild. It just happens that we have a large amount of free agents next year. I might be able to agree with you if we start going out and get more and more guys with free agency looming, but that isn't even plausible.
The last thing the Sox wantt o do is make it look like they're giving up. I didnt expect to see any major player traded since Sox fans were dreading teh all star break. Just look where they'll be and what they're gonna get since they wont be adding 50 mill to the payroll next year.

This IS still a form of rebuilding. Just not as tehy did in 98 where JR bsically called the fans crazy for thinking we can compete.
Look at all the free agents next year for the Sox. Off the top of my head: Everet, Robby, Sandy, C.Lee, Daubach, Colon, Valentin.
Now dont get me wrong. I love what the Sox did, but this is a cover up for the rebuilding process. The sox are going to get a ton of prospects in next year's draft in compenstation for these guys. This will rebuild the farm with low A ball players. I doubt the Sox will sign half of these guys. So there's a good chance next years team will suck or play .500 ball unless KW does the same thing as this year.
It is a much smarter way of rebuilding though. Instead of giving up, try to go out with a winner. Thsi way they're not pissing off the fans in july. I think all Sox fans can handle a few years of rebuilding if we have a chance to do more then a division title.
If you really think about it, the Sox havent really had a chance to have a good draft position since the late 80's!!!!!!!
Think about it............. The Sox havent really been much worse then .500 since then which puts them in the middle of the draft and they never had a shot at prospects like Mark Prior or other top 10 rated prospects in the country.
This sure beats watching this team lose BAD for a few years only to wait and get prospects over being one of the worst in the league.

Rosenthal is also the same dickhead who said Robby Alomar wasnt too excited about coming to the sox and doubted he'd be there on time to get in the lineup. He also questioned why he wasnt there tuesday. LOL!

I always know when i'm going to see another new and BAD Sox comercial because a second or 2 before the stupidity airs, all you see is the "white back ground" they use for every dumb comercial.

HA! They've had a few radio comercials with that puppet that says he was a sox fan since birth and he talks about all that garbage too. If they think Sox fans are smart, they should be explaining false info to us.

I'm really getting sick of every corny Sox comercial. ESPECIALLY every comercial that talks about Konerko and Maggs hitting behind the runner with less the 2 out. Before they started sitting Pauly because of his slumping, wasnt he teh leadewr on teh team with hitting into dp's? And if maggs almost always hits behind teh runner, then why in the f*** has he hit into a t least 17 dp's!!!!!!!!!!!!
