  1. Anybody check this out? It's silly as hell but I was entertained.

    https://grandstandcentral.com/the-next-80-n...im-ad1a78d7a129

    2K18 simulation breaking down/predicting the next 80 nba champions. According to this, the Bulls are about to go on a 90's-like run starting in 2023. NBA champs in '23, '24, '26, '27, '28. Again, this is silly and means absolutely nothing. I thought it was at least fun to scroll through.

  2. QUOTE (bmags @ Jan 17, 2018 -> 07:01 PM)
    Hypothetical: bulls are picking 6th. Possible Bamba territory or MPJ falling.

    The sixers call and offer Fultz, who hasnt played all year due to a made up injury.

    Do you take it?

    This is a real good one. I'm not about to dismiss Fultz as a bust. Unfortunate beginning to his career. But I think he's going to be just fine. That said. I'm gay for Bamba.

  3. QUOTE (SoxAce @ Jan 16, 2018 -> 08:02 PM)
    Bamba would've been ideal back in the early 2000s as a Ben Wallace type player. His offensive game is really, really lacking.

    It's all the switching, though. Bamba has the athleticism/length/lateral movement to switch/help/recover,etc. How many DPOY'S did Dwight win? Bamba could win more. He has the potential to be that much of a game-changer defensively. I don't care if he only maxes out at 13-15 ppg.

  4. QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Jan 16, 2018 -> 02:42 PM)
    Lauri is putting up a 22 PER through 8 games in January. f***ing amazing. Seriously J4L...I'm glad you haven't jinxed him and called him a generational talent yet, but he is as much of a generational talent as Porzinkis was at this point in their career arc.

    I liked him from jump. From college to that euro tournament or whatever you call it before the season started. His skillset is tailor-made for modern nba basketball. And I wasn't wrong on KP. When healthy, he's a two-way terror. But he's dinged up a lot. And his stamina isn't the greatest at times. But his skills at that size? Yes. Generational.

  5. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jan 13, 2018 -> 05:35 PM)
    Let's see what happens at deadline.

    Doesn't matter. These idiots keep winning too many games. We'll miss out on Bagley, Ayton, Bamba and Young. But hey, build that winning culture. Because, um, yeah, there is no reason for that right now. This has 2003 written all over it. Sorry ass team but won too many games to have a chance at Lebron, Wade, Melo or Bosh. This f***in' franchise can't do a god damn thing right since Michael left.

  6. QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Jan 5, 2018 -> 07:16 PM)
    Sure

    QUOTE (SoxAce @ Jan 5, 2018 -> 07:26 PM)
    You already lost son. :lol:

    No chance in hell he goes before Ayton, Bagley and Bamba. By the time of the draft MPJ will be, what, a year removed from his injury? Or at least like 9 months or so. If he proves he's healthy and has a couple nice workouts it's done. And nobody is passing up the next Steph in Young for a dude with "ok" athleticism at the nba level. Like I said, I do like Donic. Dude can play. If this were the 2013 draft? He'd be the unquestioned #1 pick/prospect. But this draft is just too damn good. As far as the bet? Let me think of something good and I will get back at you.

  7. QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Jan 5, 2018 -> 07:21 AM)
    I'd stay far from Bagley.

    In terms of on the court accomplishments, being the best player on the 31st best team in the world (one that would route any college team by 30) is incredible for Doncic and quite frankly more impressive than any performance in college this year aside from Young. It's funny that some want to cut him down because he's out of sight and out of mind playing overseas.

    Doncic won't go in the top 4 unless there's some kinda injury. I can guarantee that. Sig bet?

  8. QUOTE (Quin @ Jan 4, 2018 -> 04:58 PM)
    Only reason is I'd have them all pretty neck-and-neck and don't know if Bagley/Markk pair well.

    Well, i can live with that. I thought you were saying Doncic was a better prospect. At least i hope that's not what you're saying. Lol. Before porter got hurt he, Bagley and Ayton were the clear 3 best prospects in this upcoming class. Now replace Bamba with porter and you have your top 3. doncic? No way.
