  2. Going with a four-man rotation the last few weeks of the season was a brilliant idea.
  3. Bullington is also pitching on three days' rest. Pitched 5 innings on 9/24.
  4. From the other site: Orlando Cabrera ss Dewayne Wise lf Jermaine Dye rf Jim Thome dh Paul Konerko 1b Ken Griffey jr cf Alexei Ramirez 2b AJ Pierzynski c Juan Uribe 3b Mark Buehrle p
  5. Anyone know how to speed up time? This morning is dragging on forever. I can't wait until 1.
  6. QUOTE (tommy @ Sep 27, 2008 -> 09:39 PM) What's the pitching probables for Royals @ Twins? Who here still believes we will be playing baseball in October? Can someone shed some info on the banner? *raises hand*
  7. See avatar. I truly believe we're still going to win this. We're facing a pitcher tomorrow we have no business losing against, while KC is playing their hearts out up in Minny. End tomorrow a half-game up, and a win against Freddy "arm trouble" Garcia seals the division. I might be drinking the Kool-Aid, but I'm going down with the ship.
  8. QUOTE (fathom @ Sep 27, 2008 -> 09:22 PM) Bullington...there's a thread below about it. D'oh, it would help if I looked. Thanks.
  9. QUOTE (fathom @ Sep 27, 2008 -> 09:20 PM) Scratched Any idea who his replacement will be?
  10. Anyone in the know have any information about Lee pitching tomorrow?
  11. So, let me get this straight. Possible scenarios for tomorrow afternoon: Sox win, Twins lose: Sox move into first by half a game. Winning the DET game clinches division, losing it forces a one-game playoff. Sox and Twins both win/lose: Sox remain a half-game behind. DET game is played, Sox need to win. Sox lose, Twins win: MIN clinches. There's still hope, but it's an uphill battle.
