  1. Watched the game on MLBN. Kind of like I came to watch a baseball game and a fight broke out. Wish it was more like I came to watch a fight and a baseball game broke out.
  2. Chris sale tonite in the series opener. Let's win this!
  3. When you play in the big leagues regardless if it's your first game or your 100th you need to perform. Rodon didn't. It was a learning experience and hopefully he did just that and does better next time. I think that is the bottom line and no excuses are needed. Rodon will establish himself soon as a plus pitcher.
  4. White Sox host the Royals on Thursday night baseball. The third of the MLBN triple header. I think Sale goes for the Sox
  5. No rain dance by Cleveland today just a Chisox winner
  6. Let's win over the Chief Wahoo group
  7. Let's get this train back on the tracks
  8. Looks l;ike MLB Network will broadcast the Indians and Sox day game on Wed, April 22. Maybe we get to see the Shark?
  9. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Apr 19, 2015 -> 07:55 PM) He's had 2 Tommy John surgeries, most recently in 2012. That's an awful lot of developmental delays and probably makes me think that when he originally came up his early struggles wound up with him overthrowing things and developing bad habits. He's probably not even back to where he was in 2011 yet and the Sox probably do feel like there's still something there. And I tink that makes a lot of sense. I saw the Saturday game and the Tigers were hitting him hard even though they were outs but today he went two scorless and no hits but folks said he was it hard for outs. I wasn't vounting on Rodon already and thought maybe Petricka was coming up
  10. QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ Apr 19, 2015 -> 11:35 PM) Anybody think Quintana will be heading to the DL? Or Noesi? Why? Are they injured? You just dont stick a healhy player on the d/l. I think Jose just had a bad game today
  11. At this point in the season and with 5 starters already and 2 lefties in the pen I am not a fan of this move. It really has been the offense being so inconsistent and poor baseruning and those are the two major issues right now not the pitching staff
  12. QUOTE (TitoMB @ Apr 19, 2015 -> 08:32 PM) Interesting fact: Adam Dunn and Adam Laroche were born 3 days apart. Quit trying to change the subject while folks are hating on the Sox LOL
  13. QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Apr 19, 2015 -> 08:42 PM) If Drabek threw 97 like he did in HS, he may be someone you must keep around to see if you can make something out of him. But 27 year olds who throw 91 with little control have very small upside. I think there is an excellent chance he clears waivers and goes to Charlotte, but if not, I can't imagine Hahn losing any sleep over it. Haven't checked Drabek's stats in this game but as of yesterday he had pitched like 2 innings total and has given up 9 hits. The guy had so high a ceiling and then the bottom just fell out. Is there something there the Sox think can be fixed?
