  1. Yea, I know, but I was just wondering on what you thought of there overall fielding... but hell yea we finally agreed on something!!!
  2. Thats were i disagree, but o well we all have are own thoughts, but you think Rowand is a better all around fielder then Pierre, correct?
  3. but you do agree that he has a better arm then what you first said, and a worse arm then what i said?
  4. this may take a while , but i will try to name the ones off the top of my head: Ichiro Dye Vlad Rivera LAA s*** i cant think of any right now , but he has to be in the top 1/3 of arms in the al
  5. How am I putting words in your mouth, you said Rowand has a bad arm, which is wrong.
  6. someone before stated he has an horrable arm, and his arm as compairable to pierre's, but i realized that wasnt you. I know his arm wasnt the strongest, but my argument this whole time was with the one guy that said pierre had the same arm as aaron...thats just crazy
  7. WOW, whats next, Rowand is a horrable fielder as well. Comeon man, Rowand didnt have an Ichiro type arm, but he did have one of the stronger arms in the AL
  8. First thats ESPN, second have you watched any sox games this year ??? come on aaron has a good arm, not great, but it isnt horrable like you stated earlier. And it is way better then Pods, or Pierre's arm EDIT: sorry you didnt say he had a weak arm it was someone else, my bad
  9. i just also saw that you said rowand had a horable year... comeon man were is the green at you have got to be kidding
  10. Wait one second...are you trying to say Rowand has a weak arm? you have got to be kidding me. You must have made a typo, or I am reading it wrong because Rowand has a strong arm in the outfield
  11. http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=2227664 CHICAGO -- Free-agent reliever Scott Eyre agreed to terms on a two-year, $11 million contract with the Chicago Cubs on Thursday.
  12. CHICAGO -- The Chicago White Sox first World Series Trophy, and the first ever to be won by a Chicago team, will return to its display in the City Hall Lobby beginning Monday, November 21 where it will remain through Friday, November 25. Returning from its foray into Venezuela, the trophy will be displayed in the center of the building, which houses County offices to the east and City Hall offices to the west. The trip to Venezuela represented the first time that the trophy has traveled outside of North America. The trophy, which is technically known as "The Commissioner's Trophy," was presented by Commissioner Bud Selig to White Sox Chairman Jerry Reinsdorf following the team's Game 4 victory and Series sweep over the Houston Astros on Wednesday, October 26. Unlike the Stanley Cup, which is awarded to the champions of the National Hockey League, a new World Series Trophy is created each year. The current trophy is 24 inches tall, excluding the base, and 11 inches around. It weighs approximately 30 pounds and is made of sterling silver. The trophy features 30 gold-plated, hand-furled flags, one for each of the Major League teams, which rise above an arched silver ox baseball with latitude and longitude lines that symbolize the world. The baseball also contains 24-karat vermeil baseball stitches. The baseball itself weighs over 10 pounds. The base contains an inscription and the signature of the commissioner. The trophy was first awarded in 1967, when the Cardinals defeated the Red Sox in seven games. City Hall, located at 121 N. LaSalle Street, is open to the public Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. It will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 24.
