QUOTE (Dick Allen @ May 15, 2010 -> 10:41 PM) I don't understand why Vizquel is on the team if you don't put him in defensively with a 1 run lead. Maybe he was asleep in the clubhouse.

Didn't a few of us agree that the right move was Vizquel in for D there?

QUOTE (Heads22 @ May 15, 2010 -> 10:37 PM) I'm guessing he wants to finish the game. I'm betting he's pissed about the pitch that he gave up that leadoff single on.

QUOTE (JohnCangelosi @ May 15, 2010 -> 10:36 PM) This is basically a no confidence vote in Bobby right now- if he was on his game I have to believe he's in there right now If you had a shred of confidence in him, he would have started the 9th.

QUOTE (Chet Kincaid @ May 15, 2010 -> 10:35 PM) Where's Thornton? He's going to get him.

NASTY!

If you had any confidence in your closer at all he's in by now

Damn, bad, bad start.

Hawk, please never sing the Menards song again.

QUOTE (Quinarvy @ May 15, 2010 -> 10:23 PM) Ok, so who pitches the 9th? If he puts Jenks in there...pull him at the first baserunner.

QUOTE (kapkomet @ May 15, 2010 -> 10:18 PM) Me likely my widget. I hope you do too. You crazy conservative SOB...that's cool.

Pierre robs Pods! I liked that.

QUOTE (caulfield12 @ May 15, 2010 -> 10:16 PM) I thought Teahen was supposed to be our smartest baserunner? That clearly had to be called as a double-steal from the dugout, otherwise Alexei wouldn't have been off.

QUOTE (Dick Allen @ May 15, 2010 -> 10:16 PM) Now put Vizquel in at 3B. ^This. I 100% agree.

2 BB for Teahen tonight. Maybe he's seeing the ball a bit better.

QUOTE (Heads22 @ May 15, 2010 -> 10:13 PM) He gets pitched like he still has that OPS. If they didn't, he might.

That's only Alexei's 2nd SB this year? I'm surprised, I feel like everyone's been running when they've been on.

QUOTE (Dick Allen @ May 15, 2010 -> 10:11 PM) It amazes me how careful Teahen is pitched. He's a better hitter than this. 2 weeks ago he had a .900 OPS.

QUOTE (Quinarvy @ May 15, 2010 -> 10:10 PM) I really like Frank in the booth...I'd like the Sox to explore a 3-man booth with Frank-Stone-Hawk, kinda like how Hawk-DJ-Stone were supposed to be (on Sundays I want to say?) bah, I think a 3 man booth gets difficult to avoid having people talking over each other.

Alexei 3/4 with a run and an RBI.

Santos is up in the pen in a game where we have the lead!

QUOTE (kitekrazy @ May 15, 2010 -> 10:07 PM) Peavy. He's thrown 92 pitches through 7.

Nice pick Teahen.

Nice pick Kotsay is right.

QUOTE (Dick Allen @ May 15, 2010 -> 09:57 PM) It will be key to shut them down in the bottom of the 7th. No doubt about it. I hope Ozzie has the bullpen ready to back up Peavy if people get on base, that was a long inning on the bench for him.
