starting to get frustrated....i can get my sox ticket window to open but not the cubs....maybe there are too many people using it....would i be able to buy them if i call the box office?

i turned it off...the window comes up but nothing will load....

i tried clicking on the ticket icon and it will not load...any suggestions?
