I don't mind him as a subersub utility player. When Q comes back however I would put him back in the infield where he belongs, mini-platoon with Getz that works right now.

Hawk has been talking about it for months. Great idea. Getz will never hit for power so he can't pull, slap hitting and his speed is what might make him a major leaguer for years to come. Brent Lillibridge should do the same.

A lot of discussion on Chicago Tribune Live about trading for Holliday. Rogers from the Trib said Blue Jays want a SS, so give them Alexei, Poreda and two throw ins. He mentioned they might like Floyd too. HE said he wouldn't do it. He also said that Bobby Jenks most likely won't be on this time come next season. He likes Link and Nunez at closer. Take it FWIW.
