this game should be way out of reach by now....

here we go....

not feeling too good about the way this is starting to turn out

it seems like we should have alot more runs than this

QUOTE (justBLAZE @ Aug 30, 2010 -> 08:23 PM) The way Castro is playing I won't be missing AJ too much, make Castro primary catcher. i wouldn't be upset about that

QUOTE (The Ginger Kid @ Aug 30, 2010 -> 08:17 PM) tell me again how great he is, hawk. hahaha

QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Aug 29, 2010 -> 10:06 PM) 4.5 games is no joke. However, Manny is no joke. The gaping hole in our lineup just got replaced by a .900 OPS. He's going to feast in the Cell, and I hope he likes Chicago and returns next year, too. +1

QUOTE (spiderman @ Aug 29, 2010 -> 09:52 PM) The Sox would owe the remaining salary for this season, but what about the deferred money? Also on the hook for that? yes we will own the contract

QUOTE (South Side Fireworks Man @ Aug 29, 2010 -> 09:29 PM) Then they wouldn't have a backup middle infielder. i see what your saying but this is ozzie we are talking about....if ramirez/beckham went down over the next few days they'd just put vizquel at their spot and put teahen at 3rd

QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ Aug 29, 2010 -> 09:26 PM) So who gets removed from the 25 man for tomorrow? if i had to guess it'd probably be lillibridge till the rosters expand....there is no way it'll be kotsay...

Source: Ramirez to Chicago

QUOTE (Real @ Aug 29, 2010 -> 08:09 PM) nice reading way more into it than whats there, it was a terrible call period. I'd react that way also, Cedarstrom is a douche. it's not reading into it more than what it is.....all you had to do was look at his body language when he was walking up to the plate

QUOTE (north side chi sox fan @ Aug 29, 2010 -> 08:07 PM) "SUNDAY, 7:02pm: The White Sox will receive Ramirez tomorrow, a source tells Dylan Hernandez of the Los Angeles Times (via Twitter). Because the White Sox will be getting Ramirez on a waiver claim, they will be on the hook for the remainder of his salary, Hernandez tweets." MLB Trade Rumors awesome

still 4.5 gms out way to hold it down mariners

if we do get him next weekend against the redsox should be interesting....manny against boston nice!

minnesota down to its final 3 outs c'mon aardsma!

QUOTE (Sockin @ Aug 29, 2010 -> 05:57 PM) He said Manny is tentatively scheduled to start. He has his out and after what Manny did today I would be shocked if he's still in a Dodgers uniform tomorrow. tentatively/supposibly kinda what i was getting at.....we wont have him till right before the deadline unfortunately damn dodgers

well according to joe torre manny is supposed to start monday night against the phillies so looks like we wont be getting him till the last minute if we even do

2-1 mariners lead

twins game tied at 1

mariners have runners at 2nd and 3rd only 1 out

QUOTE (fathom @ Aug 29, 2010 -> 05:40 PM) If Twins hold on to win, it's pretty pointless to bring in Manny. the mariners are making some noise in the bottom of the 7th

ugh....and the twins are winning 1-0

quentin in to face rivera i feel an ugly strikeout coming on

QUOTE (The Ginger Kid @ Aug 29, 2010 -> 05:27 PM) great, huge, play by kotsay that play just earned him a spot in the lineup for the next week
