  1. If they lose 2 out of 3 to the Angels at home, that’s embarrassing.
  2. Well it looks like another game that will be punted. It’s obvious they don’t care about these games.
  3. More runners left on base with RISP. Please make it stop!
  4. https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2021/09/luis-rengifo-reportedly-facing-charges-in-venezuela-for-allegedly-falsifying-documents.html
  5. We’re getting beat by guys that are hitting below .200. Lol
  6. We haven’t well against the Angels this year. For some reason they have our number.
  7. I have an interesting tidbit to share. Liam Hendricks did that interview on MLBNetwork and someone had asked him if the Sox are coasting. He mentioned that the team is aware of it and TLR is aware of it but I guess the whole team agrees that they took their foot off the pedal last year and just coasted in and that’s why the A’s beat them. I guess apparently Liam has been very vocal, telling the team to not let it happen again.
  8. Maybe Moncada will have an opportunity to pinch hit today.
  9. I don’t think it’s clubhouse issues. I think it’s more that we haven’t been pressed by any contenders in our division and we don’t have the lineup at full strength yet to get in rhythm. There’s still a small chance that we can be pressed by Cleveland if they go on a tear and we go on a big losing streak but it’s unlikely at this point in the season. Next year, may be a different story with Cleveland, Detroit and KC all being competitive. I wouldn’t count out Minnesota as well. Next year, will be more of a challenge in the division than this year.
  10. The Sox are a year away from being a World Series contender. Not this year but quite possibly next year. You have to remember we are only in year two of the competitive stage. You may say that we are in year one but we still made it to the playoffs last year. With some FA acquisitions or trades during the offseason, we can get over the hill and win a WS. Going to the playoffs in back to back years has never happened here before so enjoy the ride!
  11. Pretty soon we may have to do a rebuild for a rebuild. Lol
  12. Cobb vs Lopez. Time to move on and get rid of the bad taste from our mouths from tonight’s game. Let’s win the series! LFG!!!!
  13. They need to play Engel every game in the playoffs and just let him play through what he’s going through. Goodwin is an AAA player and is no longer a serviceable option for this team.
  14. If we keep punting games like this, we will not clinch the division until the Cleveland series or worse after.
  15. And why aren’t they bringing up Engel? It seems like they keep delaying, delaying and delaying the rehab stints. Enough is enough already.
  16. I’m so fed up with the punting of these games. There’s no sense of urgency to wrap up this division and get HFA.
  17. When is this offense ever going to stay hot?
  18. Typical Sunday lineup again on a Thursday which means the magic number will probably stay the same again. Lol
  19. We just need someone to elevate the ball to the outfield to score runs. That’s it! But their player that is batting .186 can do it. Ridiculous!
  20. Well I think that’s the game. You have Inglesias next inning and he’s lights out.
  21. We got to fix our issues in the 8th inning or else it’s going to be a quick exit in the playoffs.
  22. How can you foul off a ball that’s 101mph lol
