De Aza is the worst base runner I've seen. Wow. Hector Noesi - R - White Sox White Sox manager Robin Ventura said Monday that Hector Noesi could start on Wednesday against the Tigers. Claimed off waivers from the Rangers over the weekend, Noesi tossed 1 1/3 scoreless relief innings in his White Sox debut Sunday. All six of his appearances this season have been in relief, but he's made 21 starts at the big league level.
