Minaya has been a fine middle reliever and has actually been pretty decent last year yet everyone hates the guy.

Nicky can hit. He was one of these prospects (albeit not a top prospect) who immediately raked after getting the call in his rookie season. Last year was kinda lost with injuries. I‘d rather see him than Alonso.. Nicky is also a quality dude, you can‘t help but root for him. Not that Yonder isn‘t mind you.
