I had that pic also under my documents. If you go to edit avatar under my controls click on browse and if the picture is on your computer you can add it to your avatar. This doesn't work for sigs though.

Yeah, I go to browse, and the writing of where it is show up next to the browse box. But, it always says error, plus nothing is labeled. After I click browse, what should I click next?

Click on the little button to the left below your image avatars. There is two of them but click on the one thats on the left.

Why does it say I am not allowed to use that type of file? Where does it have to be out of?

I don't know but my guess is the picture is to big.
